Who Can Use Dream Stage

• You must be 18+ (or have guardian consent if younger).
• You promise that the info you give us is true.
• Keep your login details private; you’re responsible for activity under your account.

What We Offer

Dream Stage connects artists with curators, businesses, and event organizers. Our Services include:

• Artist discovery & matchmaking.
• EPK (Electronic Press Kit) builder.
• Secure contracts & payments.
• Event and gig discovery.

Your Responsibilities

• Use the platform only for lawful and professional purposes.
• Share only content you own or have permission to use.
• Respect the rights, safety, and dignity of others.
• Keep communication professional and honest.

Payments & Fees

• Some Services may require subscription, matching, or platform fees.
• Refunds allowed under certain conditions (e.g., event canceled, artist unavailable).
• We may hold payments in escrow until a booking is confirmed complete.

Content Ownership & Use

• You own your content. Photos, videos, music, bios, and EPKs remain yours.
• By uploading, you give Dream Stage a non-exclusive, revocable license to show and promote it on our platform and channels.
• Businesses and curators are responsible for securing rights to use your content once booked.

Community Guidelines

To keep Dream Stage safe and inspiring:

Termination of Accounts

• You can close your account at any time.
• We may suspend or remove accounts that break these Terms or harm the community.

Liability & Responsibility

• Dream Stage is a connector, not a producer. We don’t control what artists or businesses do.
• We’re not responsible for cancellations, disputes, or third-party actions.
• If you cause a legal issue (e.g., upload copyrighted material you don’t own), you agree to take responsibility so Dream Stage isn’t blamed.

No Guarantees (Disclaimer of Warranties)

We do our best to keep Dream Stage reliable and secure, but we can’t promise it will always be:

• Free from errors,
• Available without interruption, or
• Perfectly suited to your needs.

You use the platform as is.

Limits on Our Liability

• If something goes wrong, our responsibility to you is limited to the amount you’ve paid us in the last 6 months.
• We’re not liable for indirect damages like lost opportunities, reputational harm, or emotional distress.

Unexpected Events (Force Majeure)

If things outside our control happen, like natural disasters, internet outages, strikes, or pandemics, we’re not responsible for delays or failures.

Assignment

You can’t transfer your Dream Stage account or rights to someone else without our permission.

Third-Party Services

Dream Stage may link to or integrate with other services (e.g., Spotify, YouTube, Instagram). We don’t control or take responsibility for them. Please review their policies separately.

Entire Agreement

These Terms are the complete agreement between you and Dream Stage. They replace any earlier verbal or written promises.

If a Part Doesn’t Hold (Severability)

If a court says one section of these Terms is invalid, the rest still applies.

Governing Law & Disputes

• These Terms are governed by Indian law.
• Disputes will first try to be resolved by discussion. If that fails, they’ll be settled by mediation/arbitration in Noida, India.

No Scraping or Automated Use

To protect the artists, businesses, and content on Dream Stage, you agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or use bots, spiders, or other automated tools to access, collect, or copy data, profiles, or content from our Services without our prior written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code or underlying structure of our platform.
• Use any content, data, or materials from Dream Stage to train, fine-tune, or otherwise develop artificial intelligence or machine learning models, without our prior written permission.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features, rate limits, or access controls designed to protect the Services.

Violating this section may result in immediate suspension of your account and legal action.
